Together, we’re improving health and improving lives. Labcorp is seeking a Remote Strategic Pricing & Policy Analyst (Pricing Analyst III) to join our team! Work Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Job Responsibilities Support pricing strategies for clinical trial, laboratory, and healthcare service offerings. Develop pricing analyses, financial models, rate cards, and discount frameworks for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and bid defenses. Evaluate deal scenarios to balance competitiveness, revenue growth, and profitability. Perform financial modeling, margin analysis, discount reviews, and profitability assessments. Analyze large datasets to identify pricing trends, risks, and business opportunities. Partner with Commercial, Finance, Proposal Management, Operations, and Sales teams on pricing initiatives. Provide data-driven pricing recommendations to support business decisions and strategic initiatives. Support pricing workflows, MSA reviews, governance requirements, and process improvements. Develop reports, dashboards, and key pricing metrics including margins, win rates, and discount trends. Present pricing analyses and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders across the organization. Assist with client-facing pricing materials, analyses, and proposal support. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, commercial analytics, or related disciplines. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis. Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare, or laboratory services. Knowledge of RFP/RFI pricing, deal modeling, commercial strategy, and proposal development. Experience with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or pricing management tools. Familiarity with statistical analysis and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization. Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Experience leading projects, initiatives, or cross-functional workstreams is a plus.
