Job Description Position Summary This role leads the SSD Key Account service solution sales team across Zhejiang and Jiangsu. The Supervisor is accountable for regional business performance, team capability and execution discipline, while guiding the team to deepen key-account engagement, improve renewal rates and service coverage, develop high-value solutions, expand Enterprise Services opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver customer value. This role serves as both a business and people leader, accountable for translating company strategy into regional execution, building high-performing teams, expanding solution-based service business, and strengthening strategic customer partnerships. Key Responsibilities Business / Commercial: Translate regional market dynamics, account structure, and company strategy into annual business plans and key-account priorities, ensuring high-quality execution. Drive territory and account portfolio optimization, ensuring resources are allocated according to business potential, customer needs, and strategic priorities. Drive service contract renewals and improve service coverage, while continuously enhancing Renew Rate, Connect Rate, forecast accuracy, margin quality, and customer satisfaction. Accelerate the transition from product selling to value-based and solution selling, actively developing solution opportunities in compliance, relocation, training, remote support, and Enterprise Services. Provide senior-level support for strategic accounts and complex opportunities, including executive engagement, critical negotiations, and cross-regional coordination when required. Build effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated One Agilent solutions are successfully implemented and delivered end to end. Establish a disciplined business operating rhythm by regularly reviewing orders, pipeline, renewals, business risks, and action progress, and clearly communicating business status to senior management. Ensure accurate and compliant execution of data management, sales processes, and other operational requirements. Leadership: Lead the day-to-day management, target cascading, resource allocation, and performance delivery of the SSD Key Account Service Sales team across Zhejiang and Jiangsu. Coach the team to develop and execute key-account plans, identify renewal risks, and advance strategic opportunities. Identify, develop, and retain top talent through regular coaching, performance conversations, best-practice replication and development planning. Set clear performance expectations, provide timely feedback, recognize strong performance, and address performance or capability gaps promptly and effectively. Foster a high-standard, collaborative, customer-focused, and results-oriented team culture. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, Food Science, Environmental Science or a related discipline. 5+ years of sales experience in scientific instruments, life sciences, laboratory services or a related industry. Demonstrated experience in sales team leadership, project leadership or sustained coaching; formal people-management experience is preferred. Strong capability in strategic account management, solution selling, business planning and complex negotiation. Ability to manage the business through data analysis, including pipeline, forecast, renewal, margin and risk management. Strong leadership, coaching, cross-functional influencing and change-leadership skills. Knowledge of key customers and market dynamics in Zhejiang and Jiangsu, including pharma, biopharma, CRO/CDMO, third-party testing and government laboratories, is preferred. High ownership, customer focus and results orientation, with willingness to travel regularly across Zhejiang and Jiangsu. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to present effectively to management. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
