Job Function: Human Resources Job Sub Function: HR Business Partners Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Sr. Manager, Ops Enablement, located in Taguig, Philippines. The Sr. Manager, Ops Enablement plays a critical leadership role in advancing organizational effectiveness and capability within Global Services. This role is responsible for defining and scaling enablement strategies, driving process excellence, and strengthening global operational capabilities. The position oversees key enablement functions, including vendor management and content management, ensuring alignment, quality, and scalability across teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead transformatio n initiatives, optimize how work gets done, and deliver measurable improvements to performance and employee experience. Key Responsibilities • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide enablement strategies to improve effectiveness, consistency, and scalability • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and workflows across regions and teams • O versee vendor management strategy, including governance, performance management, and optimization of external partnerships • Oversee content management operations , ensuring high-quality, scalable, and consistent enablement materials and resources • Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to align enablement initiatives with organizational priorities • Design and del iver enablement programs (e.g., training, frameworks, and resources) to enhance organizational capability • Leverage data and insights to measure performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions • Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working • Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with internal policies and standards • Direct and develop a team, including a Manager, Vendor Management and an Analyst, Con tent Management, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Qualifications Education: • Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field) • Master’s degree or MBA preferred Experience and Skills: Required: • Typically requires 10–12 years of relevant experience in operations, HR, or enablement-related disciplines • Experience leading enablement, operations, or transformation initiatives across global or regional teams • Strong experience in process improvement, standardization, and scaling operational capabilities • Experience managing vendor relationships or external partnerships in a global environment • Experience overseeing or designing content, knowledge management, or enablement materials • Proven ability to use data, repor ting, and metrics to drive insights and decision-making • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing and developing direct reports Preferred: • Experience in Global Services or shared services environments • Familiarity with enterprise systems, workflow tools, or content management platforms • Experience leading large-scale transformation or digital enablement initiatives • Knowledge of vendor governance models and performance frameworks • Exposure to global compliance and operational standards across regions • Continuous improvement certification or experience (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) Other: • Language: English required ; Spanish proficiency highly preferred • Travel: Up to 20% international travel may be required • Certifications: HR or project management certifications preferred (e.g., SHRM, PMP)
