The Role Veeva Systems, the leader in the Industry Cloud for Life Sciences, is seeking to hire an Integration Architect for our Site Solutions Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll help implement integrations for SiteVault, a solution focused on clinical research sites, and play a key part in ensuring customers' long-term success. You will serve as the main point of contact between Veeva and key customer stakeholders to design and support integrations, drive collaboration, manage escalations, and demonstrate value through proactive engagement. As a Technical Consultant, you'll be responsible for investigating and implementing new integrations with our customers, coordinating with both customer stakeholders and vendor counterparts. You will be entering at the ground floor for our integration team, helping shape both design and implementation strategies for our product. Ideal candidates will have experience leading the design and deployment of innovative integration solutions within the Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors. Opportunities are available within the United States for this role, which is a remote position with a strong preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone. If a candidate is near an airport and able to meet travel requirements, there is no work location requirement. Qualified U.S.-based candidates are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Lead the charge in implementing SiteVault eISF, CTMS, and eSource, ensuring alignment with customer goals and sales expectations Partner with customer counterparts to grow their use of SiteVault tools and features in alignment with their organizational goals. Build strong relationships and regularly engage with customer decision-makers Support Customer Success functions by regularly analyzing on customer health, supporting renewal conversations, and leading reviews to discuss system usage, progress, and growth points Drive internal initiatives, such as running supporting customers using the free version of SiteVault in expanding features, defining process and tools for early adoption of new products, or maintaining implementation tools and defining internal team processes. Provide valuable feedback to the product team, informing them of customer needs and industry trends Requirements 3+ years of project management experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences, healthcare, or relevant fields Customer-facing project management experience, including gathering requirements with business and system stakeholders, presenting, and managing timelines and a project plan Ability to act with speed to understand requirements, create corresponding solutions, and willingness to roll up your sleeves Typical travel is 10%, but can be up to 20% Based in North America Nice to Have SaaS/cloud experience in the management of site CTMS or eISF systems Clinical research experience at a research site Experience using HubSpot or Asana Interviewing with Veeva We value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
