Qualification • B. Tech (Computer Science) • Recent graduate eligible for apprenticeship as per applicable guidelines Program Overview The apprenticeship program is a 12-month structured learning and on-the-job training experience designed to build foundational skills in cybersecurity, AI/ML, product management and DevOps engineering within GSK’s Digital & Tech organisation. Key Responsibilities • Work with technology teams on real projects in one or more tracks: Cybersecurity, AI/ML, Product Management or DevOps Engineering. • Assist in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and documentation. • Learn and apply secure coding, cloud, and DevOps best practices in day-to-day tasks. • Support product managers in backlog management, user story writing, stakeholder communication and basic analytics. • Participate in training modules, labs, assessments and project presentations as part of the structured curriculum. Technical Skills (one or more of the below) • Cybersecurity: Basic networking & security concepts, knowledge of security tools, vulnerability assessment, cloud security fundamentals. • AI / Data: Basics of Python, data structures, machine learning concepts, data analysis, exposure to AI/ML libraries. • Product Management: Interest in tech products, understanding user needs, analytical thinking, familiarity with Agile/Scrum. • DevOps Engineering: Basics of Linux, Git, CI/CD, containerization (Docker), scripting, and cloud fundamentals. General Skills • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking • Good communication and collaboration skills • Curiosity to learn new technologies and openness to feedback • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment Skills Agile Methodology, Agile Project Management, Change Management, Compliance Risk Management, Delivery Management, Financial Budgeting, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), KPI Analysis, Problem Solving, Project Management, Resource Management, Shareholder Communications Why GSK?
