Support project meetings: Help organize meetings and workshops, prepare materials, capture key discussion points and action items, and follow up on next steps. Collaborate across teams: Work with technical and business colleagues to understand project needs and help keep activities and communication organized. Gather user feedback: Assist in collecting and documenting feedback from users to help the project team understand what is working well and where improvements may be needed. Maintain project documentation: Help keep meeting notes, trackers, testing records, training materials, process documentation, and other project resources organized and up to date. Support launch readiness: Assist with activities that help prepare an AI solution for implementation, including readiness checks, training coordination, communications, and user onboarding. Learn about responsible AI delivery: Gain exposure to how organizations consider governance, quality, business requirements, testing, and user readiness when implementing AI solutions. What We're Looking For: Currently enrolled in a university undergraduate or graduate program Interest in artificial intelligence, digital technology, business, project management, data, or related fields Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working collaboratively with people from different functions and backgrounds Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments Experience with presentation, spreadsheet, and productivity tools Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies, including AI tools and concepts Ability to ask thoughtful questions, receive feedback, and contribute ideas What You'll Gain: During this internship, you will have the opportunity to: Gain practical exposure to real-world AI projects Learn how AI solutions are tested, validated, introduced, and adopted within a business Develop experience in project coordination and stakeholder communication Build skills in User Acceptance Testing, documentation, presentations, and training Develop a better understanding of the AI development and implementation lifecycle Strengthen professional skills that can support future careers in areas such as AI, technology, project management, business analysis, product management, digital transformation, and change management Who Would Thrive in This Role?
