The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. Meet the team: Dexcom's IT Infrastructure organization provides the foundational technology and services that support our global business. We partner with Finance, Legal, Global Procurement, Accounts Payable, Information Security, and technology vendors to support reliable services, responsible technology spending, and effective lifecycle management. The IT Infrastructure Asset and Lifecycle Analyst is an IT-based role focused on software licensing, infrastructure subscriptions, software, license, and support renewals, contract records, and audit coordination. You will work with technical service owners to translate usage, entitlement, and service requirements into timely software, license, and support renewal plans, complete internal requests, and reliable operational and financial information. You will also coordinate evidence collection, control documentation, and audit follow-up, reducing administrative effort for IT administrators and engineers. The role works within established IT, Global Procurement, Legal, and Finance processes; technical owners retain responsibility for validating evidence, operating controls, and implementing remediation. Own the IT Infrastructure software, license, and support renewal calendar. Engage technical owners early to confirm requirements, validate quantities and coverage periods, and coordinate software reduction, or retirement decisions through the appropriate stakeholders. Reconcile license entitlements, assignments, usage, and infrastructure commitments with platform and engineering teams; identify unused subscriptions, duplicate coverage, and opportunities to right-size services. Support major enterprise software renewals, covering Software as a Service, cloud subscriptions and agreements such as the Microsoft Enterprise Agreement, by consolidating IT requirements, usage and entitlement data, true-up inputs, and stakeholder reviews for IT leadership and Global Procurement. IT operational and financial coordination Prepare and track IT-side requisitions, supplier onboarding requests, Legal Matters, contract review requests, and supporting documentation through approved workflows. Follow up on approvals, purchase order status, receipt confirmation, and closure with the responsible teams. Review quotations, order forms, and invoices for alignment with approved IT requirements, quantities, service periods, and agreed pricing. Coordinate corrections and route issues to Global Procurement, Legal, or Accounts Payable as appropriate. Track purchase orders, invoices, IT Infrastructure costs, and committed spend. Provide accurate information to the Infrastructure Planner, Finance, and IT leadership for budgets, forecasts, accruals, and reconciliation. Coordinate vendor and internal follow-up on licensing, subscription activation, support coverage, billing, and software renewal status. Escalate technical service issues to the appropriate IT service owners. Support recurring control activities by preparing reports, reconciling records, and documenting reviews performed by the appropriate IT owners. Coordinate owner validation before evidence is submitted. Track audit findings and remediation actions, maintaining status updates and supporting documentation through closure confirmed by the accountable owners. Improve lifecycle tracking, audit documentation, reporting, and administrative workflows to reduce manual effort, strengthen data quality, and support timely decisions. What makes you successful: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Relevant experience in IT asset or software lifecycle management, software licensing, technology contract administration, IT financial operations, or IT purchasing support. Practical understanding of enterprise licensing and subscription models, maintenance coverage, and software, license, and support renewals, including reconciliation of entitlement, usage, quantity, and cost information. Working knowledge of Microsoft enterprise licensing and true-up processes.
