The Role Veeva Business Consulting sits at the unique intersection of strategy, technology, and data. As a Consultant in our Commercial practice, you won’t just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you’ll be building it. We help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by the industry’s most advanced technology, AI and data. What You’ll Do Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights Be a primary Client contact for operational project questions, build trusted relationships with Client stakeholders through interactions in person and remotely Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation Requirements Experience: 4-6 years work experience; 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred) Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Commercial Life Sciences (e.g., go-to-market, product launch, segmentation & targeting) Data Analytics capability: Proficient in Data Science (e.g., Python, SQL, R) Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA Preferred) Nice to Have Experience with digital technologies, analytics tools Experience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutions Understanding/experience of AI and its applications in commercial life sciences Knowledge of Veeva products Perks & Benefits Remuneration: Highly competitive remuneration Growth: Opportunity for rapid progression in a high growth business Veeva Giving: Financial contributions for the societal causes you’re passionate about Health & wellness programs
