Position Summary The Professional Medical Education Especialist is responsible for developing and executing medical education strategies that support business objectives, healthcare professional learning needs, and product adoption across assigned business platforms. This role serves as the primary education partner for the business, ensuring educational excellence through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and effective program execution while supporting new product launches and key commercial initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of medical education strategies and programs that support business objectives, healthcare professional learning, and product adoption. Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational initiatives, training programs, and scientific events. Manage program budgets and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Independently oversee multiple projects while providing educational expertise and supporting strategic initiatives, including new product launches. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Education, Marketing, or a related field. Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating professional medical education programs. Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing budgets, forecasting, expense tracking, and financial reconciliation. Experience developing and analyzing KPIs and educational outcomes. Intermediate to Advanced English & Spanish proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. Availability to travel up to 50%. Preferred Qualifications Experience within the Medical Devices industry. Knowledge of the Orthopedics market. Experience working with healthcare professionals, scientific programs, and customer education initiatives. Familiarity with adult learning principles and digital learning technologies. Key Competencies Strategic planning and execution. Project and program management. Financial and budget management.
