Veeva Systems is looking for an Engineering Manager – Test Automation who will contribute to the day-to-day delivery of mission-critical Vault applications. This is a hands-on position for delivering a quality test automation suite along with managing a team of talented and enthusiastic engineers who are remotely located. What You'll Do
Responsible for timely & quality delivery of projects related to test automation
Contribute to the operational excellence of Veeva Hyderabad
Manage a team of engineers and ensure successful and timely deliverables
Single point of contact for QA management across various global offices of Veeva
Support engineering sprints for product releases (planning, grooming, etc.)
Contribute to the hiring & onboarding efforts of Veeva Hyderabad Requirements
Experience (at least 5+ years) managing a team of engineers & leads involved in test automation projects. Total experience of 9+ years
Lead by example: Be a hands-on and technical leader with effective communication skills
Experience of agile & scrum processes and understand the role of a scrum master
Work with a team of 5 to 10 members to ensure quality deliverables
Experience with KPIs that measure the success of the team and the projects
Experience in creating, documenting, and refining SW engineering process Nice to Have
Life sciences domain knowledge, especially the regulatory area
Experience with Atlassian products like Jira
Manage a platform QA team
Manage an applications development QA team
Infrastructure knowledge especially in AWS
Experience in a SaaS environment that has an agile development process Perks & Benefits
