You will lead commercial activities across a defined area in India, managing a small field team to deliver measurable business results. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, translate local insights into focused plans, and work closely with cross-functional partners. - Lead, coach and develop a team of field colleagues to achieve sales targets and high-quality customer engagement.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clinicians, hospital teams and other healthcare decision makers.
- Plan and execute territory activities that reflect local needs and company priorities.
- Monitor team performance and field activities, providing regular feedback and joint fieldwork.
- Analyse sales and market data to identify opportunities and shape local action plans.
- Work with colleagues in marketing, medical, supply chain and HR to ensure aligned execution and compliance. Why You?

- This role is on-site with regular travel across the assigned territory. Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare account management.
- At least 2 years in a first-line people management or team lead role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and local language(s).
- Proficiency in standard office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the territory. Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience working in hospital settings or with institutional accounts.
- Background in specialty or high-value medicines.
- MBA or advanced business qualification.
- Experience using CRM systems and data-driven territory management.
- Demonstrated success in coaching teams and improving field execution.
- Knowledge of local healthcare systems and payer landscapes. How to apply
