In this role, you will lead warehousing and logistics activities, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and help build a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and employee development. What You Will Do Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations to achieve service levels, quality standards, inventory accuracy, and operational continuity targets. Manage operational priorities, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient execution of business objectives and customer commitments. Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), maintaining accurate operational data to support informed decision-making and governance. Drive process optimisation, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and data-driven methodologies. Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to plan resources, support business growth initiatives, and ensure operational readiness for new products, services, and organisational changes. Lead employee development, recruitment, performance management, and engagement activities to build a high-performing workforce. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to address operational requirements, resolve issues, and improve service performance. What You Will Need Required Qualifications Fluent English & Swedish language proficiency. Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams within a logistics, warehouse, distribution, or operational environment. Experience managing operational performance through KPIs, metrics, and reporting. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Lean certification or formal Lean training. Project Management certification or formal Project Management training. Minimum 1 year of direct people management experience. Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives in an operational environment.
