Job title : Training Manager Location: Waterford, Ireland Full-Time, 6-Month Fixed Term Contract About the job As a Training Manager , you will lead the development and delivery of comprehensive GMP-compliant training programs across the plant, ensuring all personnel are qualified and equipped to meet regulatory standards and operational excellence. You will partner with department heads to design customized curricula, manage the training team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and serve as the site's training representative in global Communities of Practice while supporting regulatory inspections and QMS processes. Main responsibilities: Developing and implementing annual training programs to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and developing customized training plans Supporting the managers in the establishment of the curricula for the different areas Conducting training sessions for new hires and existing employees on specific topics as necessary Monitoring the completion of the training plan to identify risks and weaknesses Evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics Ensuring update of training materials to reflect changes in regulations, procedures, and best practices Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training material and processes Providing support during regulatory inspections and audits by presenting training records, training process and material Managing the training team and ensuring their proper qualification for their activities Contribute to QMS processes related training activities (e.g., Deviation, CAPA, Change Control) for the site Representing the site in the training CoP led by global and, if requested, participating in the CoE and ensuring local communication About you Required Experience & Capabilities : Experience in quality management systems in the pharmaceutical industry ensuring compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards and experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs, particularly those related to quality systems and regulatory compliance Ability to create effective training programs and materials that meet the needs of the organization and comply with regulatory standards Proficiency in evaluating training effectiveness through data analysis, assessments, and feedback to continuously improve training programs Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure training programs align with these standards Expertise in planning, organizing, and managing training projects, including setting timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information, collaborate with various departments, and present training outcomes to senior management Why choose us? The salary range for this position is :€63 200,00 - €84 267 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
