Product Specialist - Informatics and Automation

Job Description Provides advanced technical knowledge on assigned product and/or services and assists Account Managers with persuasion activities in their accounts. More than 50% of time spent with customers engaging across the sales process. Works as an overlay resource for sellers and demonstrates technical aspects of product to customers and products to help close business. Responsible for account development and providing coaching and training to customers. Engagement in sales cycle: Opportunity Development, Solution Development, Negotiation & Close. Accountabilities: Product sales in assigned territory, Sales Closing Success Rate Incentive-eligible position. Key Product Portfolio OpenLab (CDS, ECM XT, Sync) Electronic Content Management Laboratory Informatics Automation Solution Required Skills Chromatography workflow knowledge CDS software experience Informatics platform experience Technical sales experience Preferred Skills Laboratory automation Digital transformation projects English communication Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required. Typically, at least 3-4+ years relevant experience. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
