Job Description The Director, Transformation Office is a pivotal leadership role for a proven execution of large-scale enterprise change, delivered measurable, lasting impact across complex, matrixed organization. Reporting to the Sr. Director – Transformation - GCC, this role serves as the strategic and operational backbone of the Transformation Office, governing a portfolio of enterprise-wide programs that span functions, geographies, processes and business models. The Director will execute transformation strategies, support build compelling cases for change at the most senior levels of the organization, navigate political complexity with confidence, and drive adoption through executive influence, disciplined governance and authentic change leadership. The Director will be the accountable leader for the Transformation Office’s delivery credibility, its internal operating model, and its reputation as a valued strategic partner to the business. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience executing enterprise-wide transformations – including operating model redesigns, post-merger integrations, shared services and GCC transitions, digital-led transformation programs, and large-scale process reengineering – combined with the executive presence, stakeholder influence and people leadership capability to build and sustain a high-performing transformation function. Job Responsibilities Transformation Strategy & Portfolio Leadership Design and govern a prioritized portfolio of transformation initiatives, balancing short-term delivery wins with long-term structural and capability improvements . Develop transformation roadmaps, investment cases, and value realization frameworks for presentation to senior executives and transformation governance audiences. Translate complex organizational strategy into executable transformation blueprints with clearly defined milestones, accountability structures, benefit owners and KPIs . Program Execution & Delivery Governance Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation programs across business units, functions and geographies . Establish and embed robust PMO governance frameworks . Manage programs interdependencies, resource allocation, critical path activities and sequencing across concurrent transformation initiatives . Drive transition management for high-impact programs covering offshoring and insourcing transitions, operating model redesigns and digital enablement. Accountable for delivery governance, portfolio transparency, benefit tracking, and operating discipline for the Transformation Office. Change Leadership & Organizational Enablement Design and execute enterprise change strategies that drive adoption, capability uplift, and sustained behavioral and cultural change. Coach, influence, and enable senior leaders to act as visible, credible, and effective sponsors of transformation. Build structured change-readiness and adoption frameworks, embedding transformation and change capability within business functions. Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Partnership Ability to operate & thrive in matrixed environment, liaising with the Sr. leadership team, and functional heads. Build and sustain cross-functional executive coalitions required to resolve barriers, align priorities, and accelerate transformation outcomes. Chair and facilitate transformation governance bodies—including steering committees, operation committees, and working groups—with rigor, transparency, and accountability. Capability Building & Team Leadership Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier transformation and change talent, influencing, shaping, and enabling capabilities within the team. Build & lead team of transformation professionals (4~5 members) focused on value creation. Establish enterprise transformation standards, methodologies, toolkits, and playbooks to institutionalize best practice and consistency. Develop internal consulting, program leadership, and change management capabilities as a sustainable strategic asset. Model and reinforce a culture of accountability, intellectual rigor, fact-based decision-making, and continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications 12&#43; Years Bachelor’s degree and progressive experience in transformation, change leadership, operating model design or enterprise PMO governance within a complex, multinational organization.
