As Manager Field Force Effectiveness – Performance & Execution , you will have the opportunity to help shape and further build GSK Germany's Field Force Excellence capability, establishing new approaches, frameworks and ways of working that strengthen customer engagement and business performance across our Commercial and Medical organisations. This is an exciting role for a curious and business-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with field teams, understanding what drives performance, uncovering opportunities for improvement and translating insights into practical actions that create measurable impact. You will play a key role in helping GSK Germany build future Field Force Excellence capabilities, enhancing how we engage customers, optimise field execution and improve business outcomes. Working closely with Commercial and Medical field leadership, Business Partners, Analytics, Digital & Tech and cross-functional stakeholders, you will identify drivers of success, understand performance differences across teams and regions, and develop recommendations that help field teams maximise customer value and execution effectiveness. Success in this role requires a passion for continuous improvement, a strong analytical mindset and the ambition to build new capabilities, frameworks and solutions where opportunities for improvement exist. You will help create a culture of performance excellence by turning data, insights and field feedback into actions that improve customer engagement and support GSK's long-term growth ambitions. In this role you will Partner directly with Commercial and Medical field leadership teams to understand execution challenges, identify improvement opportunities and translate insights into tangible actions that improve customer engagement and business impact. Help shape and build GSK Germany's evolving Field Force Excellence capability, developing new approaches, frameworks and best practices that strengthen field performance. Analyse field performance, customer engagement outcomes and operational metrics to identify drivers of success, performance gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement. Translate data, analytics and field feedback into practical recommendations that support better customer engagement, execution effectiveness and business results. Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Analytics and Digital & Tech teams to develop insight-driven solutions that enhance field force effectiveness and customer impact. Support the development and evolution of Field Force Effectiveness methodologies, KPIs and performance frameworks that enable smarter decision making and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, technology and innovative approaches to improve field team effectiveness and operational excellence. Champion a culture of learning and continuous improvement by sharing insights, best practices and recommendations that help field teams maximise their impact. Why You? Basic Qualifications & Skills We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Health Economics or a related discipline. Significant experience in Sales Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations or related functions within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Proven track record in designing, implementing and optimising Sales Force Effectiveness programmes, including the use of CRM systems and field analytics to drive performance. Strong understanding of field execution processes, including targeting, segmentation, call planning, territory design and KPI management. Demonstrated sound data literacy and analytical capabilities, with the ability to independently explore and interpret data from Veeva CRM and other relevant data sources. Experience using Excel and self-service analytics tools and data sets to identify trends, generate actionable business insights, support evidence-based decision making and provide clear recommendations to Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial stakeholders and leadership teams. Solid knowledge of field operations, territory models, workflow processes and operational best practices in commercial field teams. Fluent written and spoken German and English. Strong problem-solver who anticipates challenges, identifies improvement opportunities and proactively implements solutions that enhance field performance.
