Für unser Kontrolllabor in Göttingen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Laborant / Teamleiter Labor (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben Durchführung von Infektionsserologie und NAT-Testungen Tätigkeiten in der klinischen Chemie , Immunhämatologie und Hämatologie Fachliche Führung und Anleitung der Labormitarbeitenden Sicherstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation gemäß GMP-Richtlinien Unterstützung des Labormanagers , u. a. bei: Lager- und Materialverwaltung Dienst- und Einsatzplanung Optimierung von Laborprozessen Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft , z. B. im Bestellwesen und in der Abwicklung externer Dienstleistungen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als MTLA oder in einem vergleichbaren labormedizinischen Beruf (z. B.
