Trade Partnership Lead – CSE MCO Location: Warsaw, Poland or Budapest, Hungary Hiring Manager: Ofelia Raicu About the job The Trade Partnership Lead manages Sanofi's external distribution and outsourcing partnerships across CSE MCO, ensuring business execution, governance, compliance, and financial oversight in line with GBU priorities. This role is the primary "One Sanofi" interface with external distribution partners and the central coordination point for all partnership-related activities. Main responsibilities Partnership Management Lead and manage day-to-day relationships across CSE MCO, ensure contractual services, performance, product availability, and act as the single "One Sanofi" point of contact. Partnership Governance & Planning Lead governance frameworks, coordinate meetings, manage business planning, and maintain audit-ready documentation and RACI alignment. Contract & Negotiation Management Lead negotiations on distribution agreements, manage contracts, resolve disputes, and maintain decision records and archives. Project & Transition Management Coordinate implementation and transition projects across all functions, oversee divestment processes, and ensure smooth partner operations. Financial Oversight & Monitoring Validate partner invoices, monitor KPIs, maintain Power BI reporting, oversee audits, and ensure financial compliance. Cross-Functional Coordination & Escalation Serve as the primary escalation point, ensure One Sanofi alignment across all functions, including GxP, and drive continuous improvement. Compliance & Internal Controls Own internal control processes, lead audit activities, and ensure adherence to Sanofi policies and regulatory requirements. The salary range for this position is :zł235 200,00 - zł313 600 Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
