The Marketing Manager I/II, Thyroid Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to support the successful launch and growth of a new brand. This role partners cross-functionally with commercial, medical, regulatory, market access, sales, analytics, and external agency teams to translate customer insights into impactful, compliant and differentiated launch strategy.   The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative marketer who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment and drive execution from launch planning through commercialization.   Key Responsibilities May Include:  Support the development and execution of the brand launch strategy, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, targeting, and customer engagement plans.  Translate market research, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and business analytics into actionable brand strategies.  Develop and manage launch materials, campaigns, omnichannel initiatives, sales tools, digital content, and other customer-facing resources.  Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure launch readiness across marketing, sales, medical, market access, training, supply, operations, and communications.  Collaborate with legal, regulatory, medical, and compliance partners to ensure all promotional activities meet applicable requirements and company standards.  Coordinate external agencies and vendors, including briefing, project management, budget oversight, deliverable review, and performance evaluation.  Contribute to forecasting, budget planning, resource allocation, and return-on-investment assessments.  Monitor brand performance, market dynamics, customer feedback, and competitor activity; recommend adjustments to improve launch effectiveness.  Prepare presentations, business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic recommendations.  Help identify opportunities to improve experience and optimize engagement across channels.  Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, inclusion, and ethical business practices.  Basic Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.    Previous sales/marketing experience required.  3+ years brand marketing/consumer promotion experience preferred.  Experience developing and executing marketing plans or integrated campaigns.  Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.  Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence without direct authority.  Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.  Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.  Preferred Qualifications:  Advanced degree/MBA or previous sales/marketing experience required  Experience working in multiple therapeutic categories  Launch experience, market access experience, and/or account executive experience preferred  Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of thisposting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
