The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, T otal Rewards Americas, located in Bogotá , Colombia. This role sits within the HR Digital Solutions pillar and is responsible for the operational delivery and execution of Total Rewards programs across the Americas. The Manager, Total Rewards partners closely with Total Rewards Leaders, regional HR, COEs, and vendors to ensure compensation and benefits programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and in compliance with local regulations. This role has a direct impact on employee experience by ensuring seamless Total Rewards administration across the employee lifecycle while enabling HR partners and leaders to focus on strategic priorities. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead for Total Rewards execution across the Americas , ensuring consistent delivery of compensation and benefits programs. Manage operational processes related to Total Rewards, including data accuracy, system transactions, compliance documentation, and employee records. Support annual compensation and benefits cycles, including salary planning, benefits renewals, benchmarking, and survey participation. Act as a key point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and rewards programs, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Partner with HR COEs and regional HR teams to implement Total Rewards programs in line with global frameworks and local requirements. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective administration and service delivery of Total Rewards programs. Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience within Total Rewards operations. Support audits, controls, and reporting requirements related to Total Rewards administration. Coach and support junior colleagues within HR Operations by sharing Total Rewards knowledge, standard processes, and best practices. Oversee mobility & immigration operations, ensuring compliant administration of cross ‑ border assignments and alignment with Total Rewards programs. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required , preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Master’s degree or MBA preferred Experience and Skills: Required: Typically requires 6–8 years of experience in Total Rewards, HR Operations, or a closely related HR function. Hands ‑ on experience delivering compensation and/or benefits programs in a multi ‑ country or regional environment. Strong knowledge of HR operational processes, employee lifecycle administration, and compliance requirements. Experience managing HR data, HRIS transactions, and vendor ‑ supported processes with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to interpret and apply Total Rewards policies, procedures, and local labor laws. <li
