In a nutshell We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support end-to-end software delivery and platform operations. The role covers infrastructure provisioning, request coordination with external teams, automated deployments, software instance setup, and cross-team delivery coordination. Key activities include applying Infrastructure as Code practices, using Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure, maintaining deployment automation and configuration consistency, monitoring deployment outcomes, and supporting security, change, and release management controls. Software instances are provisioned and maintained across development, test, and production environments. The engineer will collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to resolve delivery issues, improve deployment quality, and strengthen platform reliability. This role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, disciplined organisation, clear stakeholder communication, and a continuous-improvement mindset to reduce manual effort and error-prone activities. Where will you be based and what business will you support? This hybrid position is based in  Belo Horizonte, Brazil  with a minimum of two days per week in the office.   What can we do for you? We seek a professional with experience   DevOps engineering, release and deployment management, infrastructure automation, or related fields, with exposure to: Agile methodology CI/CD pipelines Platforms: Windows, Linux Database: MSSQL ITSM Tool: ServiceNow, BMC Helix, JIRA Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Mandatory) CI/CD Tools: Octopus Deploy Version control and CI/CD platform : Azure DevOps Monitoring: Grafana Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (Mandatory) Containerisation: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)  Exposure to AI tools and technologies is considered a plus. Advanced English is a must  Soft Skills Ability to communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to collaborate effectively with infrastructure, application support, development, security, and business teams.
