(Japan) we provide a wide range of services to meet customer needs, including sales of domestically manufactured and imported machines for the Japanese pharmaceutical and food markets, as well as packaging materials, validation, and comprehensive services. Our plant is located in Saitama (~50min train ride from Tokyo) with around 100 passionate colleagues. As an Inspection Equipment Support Intern, you will work together with our engineers in a team to develop  essential skills for troubleshooting of customer-related inspection equipment issues. Additionally, you will be  involved in the processing of customer machine modifi cations and spare parts, working alongside our service  department. Training includes foundational knowledge of machine software, electrical and mechanical  systems, and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Assist in diagnosing and resolving inspection equipment problems. Communicate with customers in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and other regions. Collaborate with Syntegon employees worldwide. Review problem reports, determine required actions, request necessary information, and follow up until resolution. Processing customers modification and spare parts requests. Your Profile: Languages: English Level B2 or higher, Japanese (optional) Education: You are pursuing a degree in computer science, business informatics or similar. Experience and interests:  You are technically inclined, interested in learning about inspection machine technology and want to work in Japan. Basic programming skills in any language and any previous project experience are desirable. Personality and working style: You can work in a team, communicate well, and work independently, analytically and in a structured manner.
