Job Function: Finance Job Sub Function: Accounting Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines Job Description: Role Summary Transactional and Operational Execution The Global Intercompany Analyst is responsible for executing end-to-end Intercompany accounting activities for assigned processes and entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. The role supports standardized global Intercompany processes, contributes to balance sheet integrity, and enables smooth close and reporting cycles across regions. This role operates within a process-centric model , focusing on Intercompany processes such as Intercompany AR/AP, Recharge Accounting, IC Stock, GR/IR, or Netting rather than by sector or geography. Key Responsibilities 1. Compliance & Control - Execute Intercompany accounting activities in compliance with J&J Credo, Worldwide Procedures, SOX, and statutory requirements - Ensure accurate posting, reconciliation, and substantiation of Intercompany balances - Identify, escalate, and support resolution of control gaps and reconciliation issues 2. Intercompany Operations - Perform daily and period-end Intercompany activities (posting, matching, clearing, monitoring ageing) - Support timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close in line with global close calendar - Execute balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open or aged items - Support Intercompany dispute resolution and partner communication. 3. Process & Data Quality - Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of Intercompany transactions and balances - Maintain documentation in line with global standards - Support data integrity during system changes, migrations, or transformations. 4. Collaboration & Learning - Work closely with Team Leads, SMEs, and global partners - Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and capability-building activities. 5. Continuous Improvement - Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities - Support automation, standardization, and optimization initiatives. Qualifications Required - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline - Minimum 18 months to 24 months of relevant accounting or finance operations experience - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to learn global processes and systems Preferred - Exposure to shared services, finance operations, or accounting roles - Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems - Interest in process improvement or transformation Required Skills: Preferred Skills:
