Position Summary You will join GSK India as a Senior Reporting Specialist. You will design, deliver and improve reports and dashboards that support finance and supply chain decisions. You will work closely with business partners, data owners and IT colleagues to ensure data is accurate and reports are timely. We value clarity, practical problem-solving and a collaborative mindset. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Design, produce and distribute regular and ad hoc management reports and dashboards for finance and supply chain stakeholders. - Validate data sources, reconcile differences and coordinate corrective actions to improve reporting accuracy. - Translate business questions into reporting requirements and build practical solutions using Excel, reporting tools or SQL. - Support month-end and period reporting activities to meet deadlines and quality standards. - Work with data owners and IT to automate reporting, manage data extracts and document processes. - Lead small improvement projects to reduce manual effort and increase the timeliness of insights. Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, IT or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in reporting, business analytics, financial reporting or data analysis. - Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data validation techniques. - Practical experience with reporting tools or BI platforms, or ability to use SQL for data extraction. - Clear written and verbal English communication for stakeholder collaboration. - This role is hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration as agreed with your manager. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Experience with enterprise reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik. - Hands-on SQL experience and familiarity with data modelling or ETL concepts. - Exposure to finance or supply chain reporting, including P&L, inventory or KPI reporting. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar data sources. - Prior involvement in reporting automation, scripting or dashboard optimisation. - Experience working in a multinational or matrix organisation and collaborating with remote teams. Working pattern This role is hybrid and based in India. You will join colleagues on-site regularly and work remotely as agreed with your manager.
