Our people are united by a shared way of working: follow the science, challenge assumptions, act with urgency and hold ourselves to a high standard of rigor—all in service of patients.The Opportunity: The Director, HEOR & RWE, Europe will take part in the development of the strategy and execution across health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) and real-world evidence (RWE) to optimize the value demonstration of Revolution Medicines oncology portfolio across European markets. They will work closely with the rest of the European Medical Affairs Team, Global HEOR, and local affiliates to deliver an Integrated Evidence Plan that meets the regional and local needs for each asset and disease area. The role will also help aligning HEOR evidence generation with market access, pricing & reimbursement, patient access strategies, and cross-functional planning. The Director, HEOR & RWE, Europe will report to the Executive Director, HEOR & RWE, Europe and be a critical member of the European matrix functional team ensuring alignment of all activities with the strategic and tactical plans. Key Responsibilities Strategic Contribution: Contribute to HEOR & RWE strategy across Europe in support of product lifecycle planning, value evidence generation, pricing/reimbursement, and access engagements. Contribute to JCA preparation and dossier development as well as local HTA submissions. Integrated Evidence Planning: Contribute to assessing the Evidence Generation needs in Europe to feed into the Revolution Medicines Integrated Evidence Planning process and ensure the plan meets all needs for the European markets. Evidence Generation & Analysis: Lead and/or co-lead development of health economic models (cost-effectiveness, budget impact), real-world evidence, burden-of-disease assessments, and outcomes research programs that support regulatory filings, HTA submissions, and payer discussions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner within Medical Affairs and with Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory, Clinical Development, and teams at regional and local levels to ensure HEOR insights inform decision making across the product lifecycle. External Engagement: Represent Revolution Medicines in scientific, payer, and HTA forums; engage external stakeholders including key opinion leaders, academic collaborators, HTA bodies, and payers. Vendor Leadership: Manage external collaborators (consultants, vendors) to support various HEOR and RWE projects within budget and timelines. Communication: Communicate HEOR & RWE strategy, research outcomes, and value propositions to internal leadership (including European and global functions) and external audiences. Required Skills, Experience and Education: Deep expertise in health economics, outcomes research, patient-reported outcomes or related fields in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in oncology HEOR and RWE development. 10+ years of relevant experience with an advanced degree in a relevant field (MSc, DrPH, PharmD). Track record of high impact publications in HEOR and RWE topics. Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to present complex technical information clearly. Knowledge and experience of European HTA and price and reimbursement landscape. Ability to establish relationships with experts in real world evidence (RWE) and therapeutic areas of interest. Preferred Skills: Advanced, medical/scientific doctoral level degree (PhD or MD). Personnel management experience, including leading HEOR scientists.
