As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-visibility initiatives that directly influence product performance, product cost, supply continuity, quality, regulatory compliance, customer experience, and business growth. This is a hybrid role based in Kalamazoo, MI, requiring you to be on-site 3-4 days per week, so candidates must live within a commutable distance. To learn more about Stryker’s Orthopaedic Instruments portfolio click here: https://www.stryker.com/us/en/orthopaedic-instruments.html What You Will Do Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts Define and manage project scope, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using multiple planning tools and techniques Assign and manage project resources, clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deliverables Create and execute stakeholder and communication management plans Collaborate on procurement planning and vendor selection Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development Own project outcomes by evaluating trade-offs, managing critical paths, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals What You Will Need Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments $95,700 - $159,500 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
