As a Laboratory Report Processor I at ICON, you will be responsible for processing and manage laboratory reports to ensure timely and accurate communication of results for clinical research studies. What You Will Do: You will take responsibility for clinical laboratory operations deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Processing laboratory reports, ensuring accurate entry and formatting in accordance with established protocols and quality standards. Reviewing reports for completeness and accuracy before final distribution to stakeholders. Collaborating with laboratory staff to gather necessary data and resolve any discrepancies in report content. Maintaining organized records of report submissions, tracking their status and ensuring timely follow-up as needed. Assisting in the continuous improvement of report processing procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. Your Profile: You will bring relevant clinical laboratory operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in a Medical Lab Technology or in a relevant field such as life sciences, laboratory technology, or business administration. 2-3 years of experience in report processing, data management, or a related role, preferably within a laboratory or clinical research setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Good communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus. Willingness to travel as required (approximately 1%) Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
