Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. Revolution Medicines is seeking a strategic and operationally focused Talent Acquisition Operations Lead to play a critical role as the functional lead and subject matter expert for recruiting operations, technology, analytics, and process optimization, driving efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence across the Talent Acquisition organization. This role partners closely with recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, People & Culture, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence and a seamless hiring experience.
The successful candidate will leverage expertise in recruiting operations, recruiting technologies, data and analytics, compliance, and process improvement to drive efficiency, consistency, and scalability. This individual will lead critical operational initiatives, influence recruiting strategy through data and insights, and help establish best-in-class talent acquisition practices that support RevMed's evolving business needs.
This role is ideal for a highly collaborative, insight-driven leader who enjoys translating data into actionable strategies, solving complex operational challenges while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Operations Leadership Serve as the primary operational lead for Talent Acquisition programs, processes, and tools. Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify strategic priorities and operational improvement opportunities. Drive operational excellence by standardizing recruiting workflows, processes, and service delivery models. Develop and maintain recruiting policies, procedures, documentation, and governance practices. Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for recruiting operations across the organization. Data & Analytics Insights Lead development and maintenance of recruiting dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting. Analyze key recruiting metrics and provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders. Monitor and report on applicable and appropriate recruiting metrics partnering with the organization. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve talent acquisition performance and business outcomes. Vendor & Program Management Support management of recruiting vendors, agencies, and recruiting assessment providers. Track vendor performance, utilization, and spend. Assist with contract renewals, invoice management, and budget reporting. Process Improvement & Project Leadership Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing recruiting efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and support cross-functional projects involving recruiting technology, process redesign, compliance, and operational scaling. Define project objectives, timelines, success metrics, and implementation plans. Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and operational best practices through stakeholder engagement and change management. Facilitate and create robust training programs for recruiters, coordinators, hiring managers, and key stakeholders. Vendor & Program Management Manage relationships with job boards, sourcing providers, and employer branding vendors. Monitor vendor performance, utilization, service levels, and return on investment. Partner with Finance and Procurement to support contract administration, budgeting, and vendor renewals. Recommend solutions that optimize recruiting spend and operational effectiveness. Recruiting Systems & Technology Partner with HRIS, IT, and external vendors to support the Talent Acquisition Operations team in implementing system enhancements, integrations, and technology-driven process improvements. Support administration and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related recruiting technologies. Ensure data integrity, compliance, and consistency across recruiting platforms. Evaluate and support the Talent Acquisition Operations team in recommending new technologies that improve efficiency, candidate experience, and recruiter productivity. Compliance & Governance Ensure recruiting processes comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Support auditing, reporting, and compliance activities, including EEO, OFCCP, and data privacy requirements as applicable. Establish and maintain recruiting data governance standards and operational controls. Monitor process adherence and identify opportunities to mitigate operational risk. Cross-Functional Partnership Build strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, Legal, and business leaders. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve hiring experiences and operational outcomes. Serve as a bridge between recruiting strategy and operational execution. Provide thought leadership and recommendations that support organizational growth and hiring success. Required Skills, Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, HR Systems with at least 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations. Demonstrated expertise supporting and optimizing Greenhouse and related integrations with Workday HCM. Experience with Workday HCM, Greenhouse, Tableau, Power BI, LinkedIn Talent Insights, or similar platforms. Strong experience in recruiting analytics, dashboard development, and data storytelling. Experience leading operational projects and cross-functional initiatives. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results in a highly collaborative environment. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Experience leading Talent Acquisition Operations teams within complex, high-growth, or rapidly evolving organizations. Experience supporting talent acquisition functions within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences. Knowledge of recruiting compliance, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements. Experience supporting workforce planning, talent intelligence, or talent analytics initiatives. Experience supporting and executing employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives that enhance organizational visibility, strengthen the employer value proposition, and attract high-quality talent.
