Eurofins Environment Testing Australia  is an Environmental testing network of fully accredited laboratories. With a staff of over 300 our laboratories are located in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and with Client Service Offices located in Adelaide, Darwin, Newcastle and Wollongong. We also operate field sampling services out of Melbourne and Sydney. We specialise in all areas of Environmental analysis, including Contaminated Soil, Sludge, Sediments, Leachate, Soil Vapour, Trade Waste Effluents, Sewage Effluents, Stack Emissions, Work Place Air, Ambient Air, Dust, Drinking Water, Surface Water run off, River & Stream Monitoring, Seawater, and Groundwater.  We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our team full-time and take ownership of identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across our target markets. Key Responsibilities   Identify and pursue new business opportunities across allocated target markets  Conduct proactive outbound activity including cold calls, warm introductions, and in‑person meetings  Qualify prospects to ensure strong commercial and strategic fit  Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to contract execution  Build and maintain a healthy, accurately forecasted sales pipeline  Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to shape compelling solutions  Represent the business professionally at industry events and client meetings  Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity, pipeline, and results  What Success Looks Like   Consistent acquisition of new clients   Delivery of profitable new revenue in line with targets  Strong pipeline coverage that supports ongoing growth  High‑quality wins, not discount‑driven deals  Positive internal and external feedback on professionalism and execution  About You   Proven experience in new business development or sales   Comfortable initiating conversations with senior decision‑makers  Resilient, self‑motivated, and outcomes focused  Able to manage your own time, territory, and priorities  Experience in professional services, technical services, environmental, industrial, or B2B solutions (highly regarded but not essential)  Current driver’s licence and ability to travel within WA  What We Offer   Competitive base salary with performance incentives  Car allowance   Clear expectations, KPIs, and support structure  Strong internal technical capability to back your sales efforts  Opportunity to build a long‑term career in a growing business  We will be reviewing applications as they are received, so if you believe you are ready for this exciting, challenging and rewarding position please apply  as soon as possible  by submitting your cover letter and resume that outlines your interest and suitability for the position.
