Help us get ahead of disease together with our Workplace, Real Estate & Facilities (WREF) Internship, 2027: Education required: Bachelor's Degree / Polytechnic Diploma from an accredited college/university, preferably in Real Estate, Project Management, Facility Management, Building Services, Business Administration discipline. What will you do? Support APAC workplace, real estate, and facilities initiatives that enhance employee experience and workplace performance across multiple countries. Assist in workplace improvement and office projects, from planning and due diligence through delivery and close-out. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, landlords, vendors, and service providers to support project execution and operational activities. Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support leadership decision-making and project governance. Conduct market research, benchmarking, and basic financial analysis related to workplace, real estate, and facilities management. Support regional strategic programs including Employee Experience (EX), Sustainability (ESG), Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Workplace Culture initiatives. Assist in maintaining project documentation, compliance records, and operational processes across the APAC portfolio Collaborate with WREF team members across APAC to support workplace innovation, continuous improvement, and business excellence initiatives You will be involved in: Day to day activities in Workplace, Real Estate and Facilities Management Department of GSK Supporting workplace and real estate projects across APAC. Assisting with workplace improvement and employee experience initiatives. Coordinating with regional stakeholders, consultants, and service providers. Preparing presentations, dashboards, and management reports. Supporting sustainability, wellbeing, and workplace culture programs. Conducting research and data analysis to support business decisions. Participating in project planning, governance, and delivery activities. Learning how a global organization manages its workplace portfolio and operations. What will you learn?
