As a Contract Associate at ICON, you will manage contracts, negotiating agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. What You Will Do: Your role will involve delivering contract management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and partners. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and legal standards. Managing contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal. Providing guidance on contract interpretation and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations. Developing and maintaining contract templates and best practices. Your Profile: You will bring relevant contract management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in contract management or related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluent German and English Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical solutions. Proficiency in contract management software is a plus. Willingness to travel as required (approximately 5%) Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
