Location: St. Louis, MO About the Role The Manufacturing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by ensuring materials, equipment, and work areas are ready for execution. This position partners closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to maintain production flow, support compliance, and ensure adherence to established processes and cadences within suite and BAM environments. What You Will Do Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to ensure material and operational readiness Maintain gowning supplies across airlocks and production areas Monitor and replenish suite-stocked materials (blue bins) Perform routine inventory checks (including hydroxide counts) and update tracking systems Ensure all required kits and materials are complete and staged prior to use Support movement of buffers and materials across functional work areas Inspect cold rooms for expired materials and escalate issues as needed Review chain of custody reports and follow up on missing or delayed materials Partner with supervisors and technicians to identify and address operational needs Monitor production areas and coordinate movement of completed materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including MAL/PAL and core spaces Execute end-of-shift cleaning and maintenance tasks Perform routine walkthroughs to identify and document facility or process issues Ensure training compliance and adherence to standard procedures Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in manufacturing, operations, or coordination roles or related field is required Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Smartsheet or similar systems) Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally Good reading comprehension and ability to follow written procedures High attention to detail and commitment to following standard processes Ability to work independently and take initiative Basic problem-solving skills and ability to escalate issues appropriately Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment Experience in manufacturing, operations, or coordination roles (biopharmaceutical preferred) Familiarity with suite-based operations and/or BAM processes Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Key Competencies Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset Proactive and solution-oriented approach Effective communication and teamwork Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Physical Requirements / Work Environment (optional) Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, including gowning requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move materials as needed throughout the day
