Activities The Intern will be supporting and be trained on the following activities: Support the tool for measuring efficiency of production equipment (OEE – Overall Equipment Effectiveness). Help manage Production Key Performance Indicators. Support in monitoring the production rhythm wheels. Participation in monitoring the progress of the production plan. Facilitate daily meetings with different site teams (e.g. maintenance, planning, production, quality etc.). Identify areas of improvement on the shopfloor. Support the implementation of shopfloor improvement initiatives. Support supervisors with team communications on safety/quality issues, performance and new projects. Requirements Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, CTF, Chemistry, Biotechnology Good skills of ownership and accountability Proficiency in Italian language Fluent in English Good knowledge of MS Office (Good knowledge of Excel is considered as a plus) As this position is posted in a country that is subject to EU transparency requirements, the Talent Acquisition Team will provide pay range.
