Our Team: Process Enablement Platforms The Process Enablement Platforms team within Digital Tech is at the heart of Sanofi's digital transformation. We design, build, and operate the foundational technology platforms that enable seamless business processes across our 70+ manufacturing sites, clinical facilities, laboratories, and corporate locations in over 50 countries. Our mission is to unlock value through intelligent automation, data-driven insights, and world-class platform engineering. We're responsible for core platforms and products that sustain Digital Technologies and part of Business Processes, covering ServiceNow, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Asset and Hardware Management, and the data infrastructure that powers AI-assisted IT Service Management. We don't just maintain platform, we architect the future of how Sanofi manages its technology landscape, ensuring every asset, configuration item, and service relationship is discoverable, traceable, and optimized for automation and AI consumption. Role Overview As Product Owner Platforms Configurations and Data Management, you will be a technical leader and hands-on architect responsible for evolving Sanofi's CMDB, Discovery, and configuration data ecosystem into an AI-ready, data-centric foundation. This is not a traditional ServiceNow administration role, this is a strategic technical leadership position that bridges platform engineering, data management, AI integration, and DevOps. You will lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and champion the transformation from configuration management to intelligent data operations. You'll work at the intersection of ServiceNow, Snowflake, Generative AI, and modern data platforms, building integrations via APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP), harmonizing data across systems, and implementing automation that challenges the status quo. This role demands a proactive problem-solver who can code, architect, mentor, and lead, someone equally comfortable designing and implementing data models, writing scripts, configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mappings, and collaborating with AI engineers to build next-generation capabilities. Main Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Development Lead the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM capabilities Architect and implement data integrations between ServiceNow, Snowflake, and enterprise data platforms using REST/GraphQL APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and application-to-application (A2A) patterns Develop automation scripts and workflows using JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages to enhance platform capabilities and data quality Design and maintain data structures, schemas, and harmonization logic to ensure consistency across configuration, asset, and infrastructure data Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT models) and AI algorithms to automate discovery, classification, relationship mapping, and anomaly detection Implement DevOps practices for platform development, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated deployment across development, test, and production environments CMDB & Data Management Excellence Own the strategy and execution of CMDB maturity, ensuring alignment with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) standards Drive automated discovery and service mapping across hybrid cloud, on-premises, and SaaS environments Establish data quality frameworks, KPIs, and governance processes to maintain high-integrity configuration and asset data Technically and processually lead Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM) initiatives, ensuring compliance and optimization Define and implement data harmonization strategies to integrate CMDB data with Snowflake, data lakes, and analytics platforms Product & Roadmap Ownership Define and prioritize the product roadmap for Platforms Configurations and Data Management in collaboration with stakeholders Manage the full product lifecycle: ideation, development, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement Partner with Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy, and business process owners to align platform capabilities with strategic initiatives Evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies (AI/ML, DataOps, AIOps) and integrate them into the platform strategy Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers and data specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning Organize and prioritize team workload, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions Act as a technical point of contact and subject matter expert for CMDB, Discovery, ITOM, and data management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infr
