Together, we’re improving health and improving lives. Labcorp is seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategy Intern to join our team at in Durham, NC, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule! Job Responsibilities Support the activation of Labcorp’s Employee Value Proposition across priority recruitment channels. Develop employee stories, testimonials, and reusable employer brand content. Review external trends and peer practices to identify opportunities to strengthen talent attraction and digital reach. Audit and update recruiter job aids, process documentation, screenshots, and SharePoint resources. Convert existing training recordings into concise, task-based learning content. Support Talent Acquisition data analysis, KPI reporting, and the identification of data gaps. Assist with mapping Talent Acquisition workflows and researching practical approaches to measuring quality of hire. Support administrative activity - Activation of contingent profiles in Fieldglass; Troubleshoot error logs: Manage WD Inbox: Oversee GTA Sharepoint site. Participate in Global Expansion Activities for Contingent Workforce- including but not limited to reporting, weekly calls, ad hoc requests. Prepare and present project outcomes, recommendations, and next steps to Talent Acquisition and HR leaders. Minimum Qualifications Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Must be able to participate in the full 11-week internship program from June 1, 2027 through August 13, 2027. Additional Job Standards Demonstrates an interest in Talent Acquisition, employer branding, HR operations, or employee experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize information and translate complex content into clear, user-friendly resources. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work. Comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and summarizing findings. Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and Talent Acquisition practices. Shows initiative and the ability to work independently under general supervision. Able to manage multiple assignments and adjust priorities based on business needs. Maintains professionalism, including punctuality, accountability, and appropriate conduct. Collaborates effectively with team members and stakeholders across different functions. Actively participates in training sessions and applies newly learned skills accordingly. Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to business and HR audiences. About the Team The Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives team leads programs that strengthen how Labcorp attracts talent, equips recruiters, and improves the candidate and hiring experience. The team partners across Talent Acquisition, HR, and the business to activate Labcorp’s Employee Value Proposition, enhance recruiter tools and learning resources, improve data and reporting, and drive greater consistency across Talent Acquisition processes. As part of the team, the intern will complete an anchor project focused on Employee Value Proposition activation while also contributing to a defined portfolio of Talent Acquisition operations assignments. The internship is designed to produce practical, reusable deliverables and provide exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, process improvement, learning content, data, and executive-level communications.
