As a Senior Software Engineer at ICON, you will design and develop innovative software solutions that enhance our clinical operations and research processes. What You Will Do: Your experience in software development and engineering will be key in delivering high-quality outcomes and mentoring colleagues. Key responsibilities include: Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software applications to support clinical trial operations and data management. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high standards of software quality. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement of development processes. Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve software functionality. Your Profile: You will have a strong foundation in software development and engineering, with the experience to work independently and guide others. Required qualifications and experience: 8-12+ years of Oracle EBS Technical experience Strong exposure to Workflow, OAF, WebADI, APEX, Interfaces, APIs, Conversions, Forms & Reports Experience supporting multiple Oracle EBS modules Strong production support and issue resolution skills End-to-end solution ownership experience Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
