We are seeking an enterprise-minded Supply Chain leader who can lead an integrated, high-performing Lifecycle Management (LCM) organization across Europe, Latin America and Canada (ELMAC), and translate global strategy into disciplined regional execution. In this vital role, you will lead the Regional LCM organization for ELMAC within the Global LCM HUB. You will be accountable for regional launch and post-approval lifecycle strategy, portfolio execution, performance and capability across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Latin America and Canada (LACAN). You will lead Regional Operations teams and partner closely with Manufacturing Sites, Product Lifecycle Teams (PLTs), Global Product Development Teams (PDTs), Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Planning, Commercial and Affiliate organizations to ensure launches and lifecycle changes are delivered on time, compliantly and with uninterrupted supply to patients. You will establish a common operating model across ELMAC, create clear decision ownership and handoffs with the Global LCM HUB, and represent regional needs in Global LCM Governance. The role provides leadership for a regional organization of approximately 14 people. The role reports into the Global LCM HUB lead and you will be part of the Global LCM HUB management team. In addition the role will have a dotted reporting line to the Executive Director ELMAC Supply Chain and you will also be a member of their management team, playing a crucial role in the interaction with the ELMAC commercial organization regarding product launch and LCM events. Regional LCM Strategy and Leadership Set and deliver the ELMAC Lifecycle Management strategy, aligned with global product strategy, regulatory filing plans, commercial priorities and Global Supply Chain objectives. Lead the EMEA and LACAN Regional Product Management organizations, establishing clear objectives, accountabilities, capacity plans and performance expectations. Create a single, scalable regional way of working for launches, variations, SKU introductions and rationalizations, product discontinuations and other post-approval lifecycle activities. Define regional priorities and make timely trade-off decisions across the portfolio, escalating material risks and decisions through Global LCM Governance. Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, continuous improvement and patient focus across the ELMAC LCM organization. Launch and Lifecycle Management Ensure regional launch and lifecycle plans are developed and executed for new products, new presentations, strengths, devices, market expansions and post-approval changes. Ensure regional requirements, country readiness, supply implications and affiliate needs are incorporated into product and lifecycle plans at the appropriate decision points. Represent ELMAC Operations in Global PDTs, PLTs, Regional Operations Teams (ROTs), launch teams and relevant portfolio or commercialization governance forums. Partner with site LCM execution and other functional teams to ensure regional and technical readiness activities are integrated and deliver against agreed milestones. Ensure effective regional launch prioritization, including support for country business cases and filing or launch governance where required. End-to-End Portfolio Execution Own end-to-end regional visibility of the ELMAC LCM portfolio, including timelines, dependencies, resource demand, risks, critical path and delivery outcomes. Ensure the appropriate high-touch or low-touch operating model is applied to each product, working with the LCM Capability teams to allocate work and preserve end-to-end product ownership. Ensure a single Regional Operations team and a single site LCM execution team own each lifecycle activity, minimizing handoffs and avoiding fragmented accountability. Drive timely resolution of regional barriers affecting CMC variations, labelling updates, artwork, master data, regulatory implementation, supply planning or market readiness. Maintain business continuity and patient supply by anticipating risks, leading mitigation plans and escalating issues that could impact supply, launch timing or compliance. Governance, Performance and Continuous Improvement Represent ELMAC in Global LCM Governance, ensuring regional priorities, risks, decisions and performance insights are visible and acted upon. Establish and review regional KPIs covering speed-to-market, lifecycle execution, handover quality, adoption, productivity, risk and compliance. Use performance data to identify systemic constraints, drive root-cause analysis and lead improvement initiatives across the ELMAC network. Deploy Global LCM HUB tools, standard processes, templates and handoffs across ELMAC, ensuring sustained adoption after transformation handback. Contribute to the LCM Community of Practice by sharing best practices, developing capability and strengthening consistency across regions, sites and partner organizations. People Leadership and Stakeholder Partnership Recruit, coach and develop ROL’s and product-support talent; build succession, capability and engagement plans for the organization. Balance resources and portfolio demand across EMEA and LACAN, ensuring capacity is focused on the highest business and patient-impact priorities. Build trusted senior partnerships with Global LCM, site leadership, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial, Planning, Affiliate Supply Chain and external partners. Communicate a clear regional portfolio narrative, including decisions, progress, risks and required actions, to senior stakeholders and governance forums. Lead through change in a complex global matrix, ensuring local requirements are understood while maintaining global standards and enterprise priorities. What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The experienced professional we seek is a leader with these qualifications.
