Job Overview Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations and DePuy Synthes procedures and guidelines, the Staff Engineer, Supplier Quality Performance is responsible for managing supporting Supplier Performance Metrics and Systems. This person will own Supplier metrics oversight and execution, act as SME for supplier NCs and CAPAs, lead supplier metrics meetings and commentary, and support audits related to Purchasing Controls. Additionally, the Staff Engineer, Supplier Quality Performance will maintain OneASL and Supplier Quality Agreements for DePuy Synthes.
