We are seeking a Délégué(e) Hospitalier(ère) to join a leading global biopharmaceutical company committed to increasing access to high-quality biosimilar medicines at cost-effective prices. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment where you will play a pivotal role in shaping access to specialist biologic therapies across hospitals and healthcare institutions. Role This role is a long term sick leave cover – 12 month contract of employment. Territory Primary focus: • Languedoc-Roussillon • Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur (PACA) • Corsica Additional responsibility: • French Overseas Territories (DROM), including Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Mayotte, and Réunion - these overseas territories are a minor part of the region, the focus is mainland France. Job Overview: In this role, you will manage commercial activities and engage with hospital stakeholders to promote a range of specialist biosimilar products. You will collaborate with colleagues to provide decision-makers with the necessary information for optimal adoption and prescribing. Your responsibilities include establishing our client as a trusted partner in the biosimilars/biologics market, collecting and reporting relevant data, and achieving sales and market share growth. Qualifications: Pharmaceutical sales experience within hospitals, especially with high-cost drug pharmacists within hospitals. Experience in biosimilars or therapy areas such as Rare Disease, Haematology, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Immunology, Oncology, Endocrinology, Orthopaedics, or Rheumatology. Life Sciences degree or equivalent; advanced degrees in Business Administration or Health Economics are a plus. Strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal customers. Fluent in French and English. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory.
