As a Site Payment Specialist at ICON, you will facilitate site payments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and review the financial aspects of clinical trials. What You Will Do: You will take responsibility for site payments deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Manage and execute site payments in compliance with Clinical Trial Agreements and individual site staff agreements Manage and execute participant payments in line with regulatory requirements and sponsor’s policies Record payment transactions and updates accurately in relevant electronic systems Create Purchase Orders (POs) based on established contract values, in coordination with Budget & Contract Specialists and Trial Managers Set up new suppliers for new engaged sites staff participating in clinical trials Track and monitor payment status regularly, proactively identifying and resolving issues and reporting inaccuracies in reports as required Coordinate with Budget & Contract Specialists, Study Start-up Specialists, Trial Managers, and Legal and Finance Teams as required to facilitate the efficient execution of payment processes and resolution of payment related issues Your Profile: You will bring relevant pricing and investigator payments experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field OR 3-4 years of experience in payments Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
