QC Analytical Scientist Group Leader

Laboratory : Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics Run instrumentation independently including, but not limited to RP-UPLC, RP-HPLC, and UV spectroscopy Preparing samples for analysis and running instrumentation with minimum supervision Prepare standards and samples for analysis Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activities Knowledge of cGMP and LIMS Leadership : Support scientists with their experiments based on company protocol, method, and procedures Follow GLP/GMP and good documentation using electronic lab notebook Help with organizing and cleaning of lab and work environment Follow documentation and safety practices Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations Lead team, schedule, and train employees in client environment Ensure adherence to highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations Ensure coverage and performance Performs administrative tasks related to team member growth and development Adeptly balance technical lab work with leadership responsibilities Foster morale and teamwork Required : Bachelor's degree in chemistry or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly related experience 2-6 years of bioanalytical testing experience Understanding of industry practices and standards is required Preferred : iCE CEX and similar separation methods Compendial Assays Laboratory supervisory experience The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with overtime as needed.
