Associate Sales Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Responsibilities Manage salesmen to achieve sales target in terms of volume and revenue in drugstore Open Trade Channel Build business and sustain relationship with key customer(s) and influence decision to drive for win-win results Maximize visibility and POP execution effectiveness Distributor Management, jointly work with distributor to drive business of key customers Co-develop sales strategies and tactics with distributor(s) to drive demand across channels Conduct regular review with distributor(s) Review capability of distributor(s), assess their business process and drive execution Monitor distributor KPI achievement and seek continuous improvement Perform forecasting activities to ensure supply Requirements: Education and Experience Degree holder in Business or related disciplines 7 years of sales experience in FMCG industry, key account and distributor management experience is a plus Proactive, self-driven with strong business acumen Mature and dynamic characters Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good at numerical analysis Good command of Microsoft Office Excel, Powerpoint Proficient in Chinese and English The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
