For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Deputy Manager-Capex Procurement Job Description Drive end-to-end sourcing, vendor management and commercial negotiations across Utility, Electrical, Instrumentation and Lab Instrumentation categories, including vendor evaluation, specification management, approvals, contracting and PR-to-PO conversion, while ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Utility, Electrical, Instrumentation & Lab Instrumentation – Key Responsibilities Vendor & Specification Management: Streamline the vendor base and standardize product specifications across Utility, Electrical, Instrumentation and Lab Instrumentation categories. Sourcing & Vendor Evaluation: Drive sourcing through F2F negotiations, vendor evaluations and market benchmarking. Purchase Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations through direct engagement, auctions and RfX processes to achieve optimal value. Approval & Contract Management: Manage approvals in line with DoA and oversee contracting and commercial closure. PR-to-PO Management: Finalize negotiations and ensure timely conversion of PRs to POs. Vendor & Delivery Management: Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials/services in line with technical and business requirements.
