We are looking for a Pharmacist Assistant to join our Clinical Trials Division . In this role, you will support the safe and compliant handling of clinical trial supplies and pharmaceutical products within a warehouse environment. What you will do Support end-to-end warehouse operations for clinical trial supplies Receive, store, handle and distribute pharmaceutical products Maintain accurate documentation and drug accountability records Ensure compliance with Good Pharmacy Practice and Good Wholesale Practice Support the handling of controlled substances where required Work with internal teams to investigate quality-related issues Participate in self-inspections and continuous improvement activities Follow all safety, quality and regulatory requirements What we are looking for Post-Basic Pharmacist Assistant qualification Current registration with the South African Pharmacy Council Previous warehouse experience is required Experience in a clinical trial or pharmaceutical environment would be an advantage Knowledge of Good Pharmacy Practice and Good Wholesale Practice Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good planning, organization and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good written and verbal communication skills Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Flexibility to work rotating shifts and occasional extended hours Physical requirements You should be able to: Lift and carry up to 20 kg Work in walk-in freezers or refrigerators Stand for extended periods Work in a warehouse environment Use required personal protective equipment This is a great opportunity to join a global organization and contribute to meaningful work that supports healthcare and clinical research.
