Job Function: Sales Enablement Job Sub Function: Sales Training Job Category: People Leader All Job Posting Locations: Singapore, Singapore Job Description: The Senior Manager, Commercial Capability Training APAC is responsible for translating globally developed commercial capability curricula into relevant, high-impact deployment across APAC. The role leads regional execution, facilitation, adoption, reinforcement and impact measurement for the agreed capability portfolio, partnering closely with Global and APAC Commercial Education, Sales, Marketing and market Commercial Excellence teams. The Senior Manager will focus on converting global content into market-relevant experiences, engaging cluster and country leaders, building sustainable in-market capability and ensuring that learning is applied in the business. Key Responsibilities 1. APAC Capability Strategy and Deployment Create and execute the APAC deployment roadmap for the agreed commercial capability portfolio, aligned with regional business priorities and global curriculum direction. Translate global curricula into practical APAC delivery plans that reflect market maturity, language, cultural context and commercial priorities without changing core curriculum intent. Prioritize deployment across markets in partnership with regional, cluster and country leaders. Embed capability initiatives into relevant commercial operating rhythms and market execution plans. 2. Facilitation Excellence Academy Lead regional delivery of the Facilitation Excellence Academy. Build and sustain a network of capable regional and in-market facilitators for agreed Commercial Excellence programs. Establish delivery standards, observation practices, coaching and quality assurance for facilitators. Complete transition and continuity planning for the Facilitation Excellence portfolio. 3. Coaching Excellence for People Leaders Lead APAC deployment of Coaching Excellence for commercial people leaders. Partner with Sales, Marketing and market leadership to integrate coaching practices into leader routines. Provide facilitation, reinforcement tools and communities of practice that support sustained application. Monitor adoption and surface opportunities to improve leader coaching effectiveness. 4. Launch Excellence and Marketing Excellence Lead regional deployment of Launch Excellence and Marketing Excellence curricula supplied by Commercial Education. Plan and facilitate workshops, roadshows and market engagements that build practical launch and marketing capability. Partner with franchise, regional and market leaders to align capability deployment with business priorities. Capture market feedback and provide structured input to Commercial Education for future curriculum improvement. 5. Emerging Leaders and Selected Commercial Capabilities Coordinate and deliver agreed Emerging Leaders initiatives with internal stakeholders and external faculty. Facilitate selected leadership and commercial capability programs approved within the APAC Commercial Excellence portfolio. Deploy Challenger training and Capital Selling Skills as an integrated commercial capability offering, in close partnership with Commercial Education and relevant clinical stakeholders, to create a coherent learner experience and reinforce complementary selling capabilities. Align scope, sequencing, content ownership, facilitator roles and reinforcement plans, leveraging on approved curricula Support an orderly future transition of Capital Selling Skills if ownership moves into the clinical education portfolio. 6. Senior Facilitation and Stakeholder Leadership Serve as a senior facilitator for priority regional programs, leadership forums and market interventions. Confidently engage country, cluster and regional leaders, translating capability needs into clear deployment recommendations. Build strong working relationships across Commercial Excellence, Commercial Education, Sales, Marketing, HR and market leadership. Influence in a matrix environment and resolve deployment dependencies across functions and markets. 7. Adoption, Measurement and Continuous Improvement Define practical deployment, participation, adoption, application and stakeholder-impact measures for the capability portfolio. Review program effectiveness and use market feedback and available data to improve deployment approaches. Report progress, risks, insights and recommended actions to APAC Commercial Excellence leadership and relevant partners. Demonstrate how capability initiatives contribute to stronger commercial execution and leadership effectiveness. Key Deliverables Annual APAC capability deployment roadmap and market prioritization plan. Regional delivery plan for Facilitation Excellence, Coaching Excellence, Launch Excellence and Marketing Excellence. Facilitator network, delivery standards and quality assurance approach. APAC workshops, roadshows, leadership sessions and reinforcement activities. Capability adoption and impact dashboard with regular stakeholder reporting. Market feedback loop and recommendations to Commercial Education on curriculum relevance and deployment needs. Integrated Challenger and Capital Selling Skills deployment plan, jointly aligned with Commercial Education on scope, sequencing, ownership and reinforcement. Transition plans for capability areas with evolving ownership, including Capital Selling Skills. Experience and Education Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Business, Education, Organizational Development, Marketing or a related field. 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare, medical devices, commercial exc
