The Opportunity This position works out of our Alameda, CA office in the Lingo division. Lingo is a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, E ‑ Commerce Growth to build and evolve our Direct to Consumer (DTC) experience as a scalable growth engine. This role is focused on customer ‑ first revenue growt h with a focus on developing clear, intuitive site experiences that help customers understand value, build confidence, convert , and repurchase. You will own the intersection of customer journey, monetization, experimentation, and delivery , with responsibility for identifying what’s constraining ecommerce growth today and shipping the product changes required to unlock it. That may involve improving how we communicate value, simplifying paths to conversion, improving retention, or rethinking key moments in the experienc e, not just running incremental tests. If you’re motivated by turning customer insight and imperfect data into measurable revenue impact , this is a high ‑ leverage role with real ownership. What You’ll Do Own Ecommerce Growth Strategy & Constraints Diagnose the primary constraints to ecommerce growth across discovery, comprehension, conversion, trus t, and retention. Translate customer behavior, qualitative insight, and performance data into clear hypotheses and growth ideas . Balance short ‑ term conversion gains with durable improvements to customer confidence, clarity, and long ‑ term value. Build and Execute a Prioritized Growth Roadmap Develop and maintain a growth ‑ focused ecommerce roadmap , aligned to conversion and revenue outcomes rather than output. Identify when incremental optimization is sufficient—and when larger experience changes are needed to unlock growth. Partner closely with marketing, analytics, and design to shape initiatives grounded in customer insight and business impact. Drive End ‑ to ‑ End Experimentation & Delivery Lead initiatives from problem framing and requirements through development, QA, launch, and post ‑ launch learning. Define success metrics and experimentation plans that enable fast learning and confident decision ‑ making . Ensure learnings—positive or negative—are captured and translated into sharper strategy and prioritization. Run an Agile Rhythm That Enables Growth Own the agile operating cadence (planning, grooming, standups, retros) as a mechanism to prioritize the highest ‑ impact growth work . Write clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria that connect delivery to customer and revenue outcomes. Use sprint planning and retrospectives to evaluate tradeoffs, improve throughput, and raise the team’s ability to learn from what ships . <spa
