Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine Purpose: The Director, New Products Cardiovascular will support the launch planning efforts for Milvexian through the joint J&J – BMS Alliance. This role will lead and shape the pre and post launch Hospital/ IDN Strategy and implementation plan for Milvexian. The leader will also serve as the Secondary Stroke Prevention co-lead for the Alliance US Working Group. This position reports to the Therapeutic Area Lead Cardiovascular (TAL). Key Responsibilities : Lead the development of an integrated US Hospital/ IDN strategy and execution plan for Milvexian in partnership with BMS, inclusive of the EHR/ Digital Strategy. Champion data-driven decision making and proactively adjust strategy using market research, analytics, and when available insights from customer facing team(s) Continuously advance core marketing fundamentals, including insight generation, segmentation, message and creative development, and impact measurement. Lead KAM strategy, deployment planning and training plan Partner closely with internal cross functional partners and drive alignment with BMS to ensure the evidence generation plan supports the needs of institutional customers Manage the agency-of-record relationship and other agency/vendor partners to deliver high-quality HCP tactics on strategy, on time, and within budget. Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Health Care Compliance, and Global Commercial teams to ensure strategic alignment and compliant execution. Champion responsible and compliant adoption of AI-enabled tools to accelerate insights, improve efficiency, enhance content development workflows, and support strategic decision-making. Serve as a core member of the J&J/ BMS Alliance US Working Group Spearhead the identification, assessment and recommendation for innovative partnerships Key Competencies: Future-Oriented: Identify and understand future unmet needs; demonstrate capacity for strategic thinking. Demonstrated understanding of Marketing Excellence framework and competencies, including a track record of strong strategic leadership and disciplined execution Qualifications Education: BA/BS required; MBA preferred Experience and Skills: Required: Minimum of 10 years of relevant commercial experience, including marketing, and/ or sales Ability to develop strategy, resourcing requirement and execution plans Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams and drive strategic alignment across matrixed organization(s) Demonstrated track record of business results, strong marketing competencies, and learning agility with a willingness to test, learn, and scale new approaches. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, challenge the status quo, and translate insights into focused execution. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills for an executive audience. Experience leading or partnering with sales teams to drive field execution and customer engagement. Ownership mindset, combining strategic thinking with resourcefulness, agility, and a bias for action. Experience managing external agency partners and vendor deliverables. Preferred: Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies, such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and applying new tools over time 3+ years of people management experience. Pharmaceutical/MedTech business experience preferred Launch experience strongly preferred Marketing and Sales/ Sales Leadership experience preferred Experience in Cardiovascular Knowledge and understanding of US Health System dynamics and large organized customers Ability to motivate, lead and influence across levels and functions Experience partnering with R&D, medical affairs, global marketing, market access, patient advocacy, and supply chain preferred Other: This position will be located in Titusville, NJ and may involve up to 20% travel Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
