About the role We are looking for a Global Procurement Trainee to join our Procurement Center of Excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine procurement operations, supplier management and analytics with cutting-edge digital initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence, automation and data-driven decision making. You will work closely with global stakeholders, helping to improve processes, enhance user experience and support Procurement’s digital transformation journey. What will you do? As a Global Procurement Trainee, you will: Support sourcing and category management activities, collaborating with Lead Buyers on analysis, supplier strategies and best practices. Participate in supplier onboarding, due diligence and risk monitoring processes. Help identify and assess supplier risks, contributing to mitigation and monitoring strategies. Develop reports, analyses and Power BI dashboards to track Procurement KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. Support internal stakeholders and suppliers by providing guidance on Procurement processes and tools. Review existing processes and policies to identify efficiencies and ensure compliance. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay ecosystem. Participate in the design, testing and implementation of AI agents and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Collaborate with Procurement, IT and business teams to translate business needs into practical digital solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, simplification and stakeholder experience. What are we looking for? Education Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering or a related field. Skills & Knowledge Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Interest in digital transformation, automation and emerging technologies. Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Fluent English and Spanish. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have Knowledge of Power BI. Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its application in business processes. Previous academic or internship experience related to data analysis, business processes, procurement, consulting or digital transformation. What will you learn?
