Job Function: Supply Chain Planning Job Sub Function: End-to-End Planning Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Wien, Austria, Zug, Switzerland Job Description: Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking “ CH, AT & Nordics EP/NV Supply Chain Leader ” join our TEAM. Position overview The CH, AT & Nordics EP/NV Supply Chain Leader is responsible for driving end-to-end supply chain performance across Switzerland, Austria and the Nordics cluster , ensuring a strong alignment between global strategy and local execution. This role acts as a key integrator and strategic partner to Commercial , ensuring high service reliability, operational performance, and customer satisfaction, while optimizing inventory, cost, and cash. Tasks & Responsibilities Lead and implement the end-to-end supply chain strategy for CH, AT & Nordics ensuring alignment with global EP/NV priorities and delivering strong service, cost efficiency, inventory optimization, and cash flow performance. Partner closely with Commercial leadership to support business growth, ensuring supply reliability, launch readiness, deal enablement, and effective portfolio lifecycle management, including participation in tenders and selected customer interactions. Own customer service performance and customer experience , including the creation and tracking of key service KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, lead times), and the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement plans. Act as the main Supply Chain representative in cross-functional collaboration , partnering with Planning, Customer Service, Distribution & Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance Manage supply disruptions and escalations , coordinating with regional planning teams to resolve shortages, ensure allocation decisions, and implement recovery plans aligned with commercial priorities. Foster a high-performance, customer-focused and inclusive culture , promoting collaboration, transparency, teamwork, and a strong service mindset across stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives , including the adoption of ERP systems, advanced planning tools (e.g., OMP), and analytics to enhance operational performance. Ensure effective stakeholder communication , building strong relationships with commercial teams and reinforcing trust through clear, transparent and proactive communication. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience , including experience in complex and matrixed environments. Proven experience leading supply chain operations at country, regional or global level. Strong experience with IBP / S&OP processes and enterprise decision-making . Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or regulated industries is required. Deep knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes , including planning, logistics, inventory management, and customer service. Strong business and financial acumen , with the ability to optimize service, cost, growth, and cash simultaneously. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and transformations . Strong influencing skills and ability to align senior stakeholders without direct authority . Experience working closely with Quality and Regulatory Affairs functions . Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred . Certifications such as APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean or Six Sigma are a plus. Willingness to travel (~30%).
