In this impact-driven role, you will assist our talent team in streamlining hiring workflows, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, build trusting relationships with our hiring managers, and leverage your elite administrative skills to keep our talent processes moving seamlessly. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews at our various STEMCELL locations in Greater Vancouver, facilitate cross-communications between all parties involved in the hiring and recruiting activities Maintain high level of quality, accuracy and well-organized documentation on all candidates, status of active job requisitions, and other recruitment activities Generate reports using Workday such as recruiting dashboards, metrics and data analytics, including weekly recruitment reports to track open positions Perform other administrative duties as assigned Knowledge and Qualifications 1-3 years of administration experience in either human resources, customer service, marketing and/or sales environment Post secondary degree in HR, business, marketing, life sciences or Information systems, or equivalent experience Customer service oriented, professional demeanor Ability to plan, organize, prioritize time and workload to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines #LI-KL1 #LI-Onsite STEMCELL Technologies is a privately owned, Vancouver-based biotechnology company that helps power leading-edge life science research around the world. The annual salary for this job ranges from: $59,900.00 - $81,100.00 STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
